Called me and they put the phone down immediately I answered. I would suspect they want me to call them on an expensive call rate OR they are being paid by a client to make calls and consider the fact they got through compliance with their obligations to that client.

Called and sent text. Text said that they wanted to discuss business opportunity (???) It IS Advantis, which I understand is a collection agency with gov contracts, but I, WITHOUT ANY DOUBT WHATSOEVER, have NO debt, never mind outstanding debt, and I am DEFINITELY NOT connected to any HMRC "issues", either myself or vicariously. So obviously they either make mistakes, or they are involved in other activities outside of outstanding debt.

I had a call from this number the well spoken call handler had my name, email address, home address and membership number. Trying to sell me a product and asked for me my bank account number and sort code.
