Asian male, very aggressive, calling from Brummie Refunds, Birmingham. Trying to con ppl into PPI refunds. Hardly spoke English, probably shipped in on the back of the lorry and working for £1 an hour. Caller shouted everything, "I sign you up, I sign you up!!" Very intimidating. Potential scam. There was a recorded message supposedely from my internet service provider (although it didn't say which ISP they were calling on behalf), saying that our internet service would be disconnected in 4 hours due to 'Router Malfunction'. Our router is working fine. I suspect this is a 'Technical Support Scam', where we would be expected to pay for fixing something that isn't broke.
