Rang off as soon as I said hello. Probably a scam caller hoping to hear a little old lady on the line.
Fraud THIS NUMBER RANG ME SAYING THEY WERE FROM THE NATIONAL CRIME AGENCY SAYING MY NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER WAS BEING USED FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES AND THERE WAS A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST, I GAVE NO DETAILS OVER THE PHONE AND SAID I WAS RINGING THE POLICE ABOUT THIS MATTER, TO WHICH THE PERSON PUT THE PHONE DOWN, THE GUY HAD AN INDIAN ACCENT AND OBVIOUSLY A SCAMMER, BE CAREFUL

In order to avoid fees, please update your information via https://o2.uk.o2al.com/?o2=2" I did NOT click link and would advise anyone getting similar message not to either. I am not a customer of O2 so an obvious Phishing to random numbers. Note the link is NOT via the official "o2.co.uk" domain. BEWARE!!! P.S. 01217815070. SCAM. This was a nice sounding girl who was asking about a car accident that was not my fault. I asked who their company was and they didn t respond. When they repeated themselves was with the same tone and internation which showed to me that this was a recorded message. It was obviously someone pressing buttons to get you to answer their questions. When I caught their process (proud I realised this so quickly) and asked them to remove me from their records they hung up on me.
Noise in the background but no one spoke then went away - obviously scam or cold call - blocked!!

This number has called repeatedly for months now. Alarm bells ring for me as there are no 01769 (South Molton) numbers which begin with a '7', so I do not answer.

Missed the call, anyway, before seeing these comments. "Looks like a premium rate number" Sorry, but you re mistaken. 01, 02, 03 are all classed as national rate calls (apart from Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and 03xxx are business numbers. 0845 and 0870 numbers very widely being changed to 0345 and 0370 numbers so they are included in most calls packages (including from mobiles). Only 1899.com and 18185 (cheap call services when dialling using those prefixes before a number) are not including 03x

Fraud female voice keeps ringing back up to 5 times a day. Tell her you’ve rung the wrong number and she says NO and then starts asking lots of questions ie where do you work. Definitely fraud/scam number.
same as others, records shoe i had a non-fault accident in my car in last 3 years, which i hadnt so said they wuld remove me form their records. i said they better just do that so will see if any more calls come through.

Claimed to be from Postcode lottery saying I’d won a discount card for supermarkets and that I’d also won a free flight to anywhere in the world. Passed call to her senior who wanted to “activate” the discount credit card and said needed to deposit £1.00 into my account to activate the account. Told her I knew she was scamming me for my bank details and hung up!
