Call from 01372 302 485 today, from Lorraine with a husky voice (English), calling from The Mortgage Centre and asked whether I moved from a variable rate to a std rate (surely none of her business). I told her my husband deals with my mortgages. She said

Has called me twice, be for that quite a few times in the past..... very concerned as when I tried to ring back it said it was an invalid number, but it had called several times before.

Guy called from 'Indicator' and wanted to speak to someone in accounts about tax matters. Argumentative and won't listen. Keep on telling him that we are not interested and one day he will finally take the hint!

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call

A woman calling with South Asian accent asking for me by my first name. When I asked her where did she get my information from, she answered:"The UK Database". PPI call.

It's a phishing call do not respond. Block it comes as a spoken text saying your internet is going to be cut off if you don't respond.

SCAM saying HMRC have a tax fraud case against you. Very loud threatening automated message telling you you will be arrested soon if you don't press 1 to call them. Mobile number locator shows as being near industrial site off Mitton Road, Whalley near Blackburn. The intent is to scare vulnerable/older people into making contact, so as to gain access to their PC via remote access. HMRC are aware of this type of scam but I informed them anyway.

Wow, had a call from this number today. I dont usually answer these numbers but I was bored so I thought I'd have a bit of fun and boy was it a shock. What I got was an incoherent, female voice screaming down the phone. The line was not good so I wasn't sure if she was speaking English or not but I never got one word of what was said. After about 20 seconds she hung up. I stood there baffled scratching my head for a short while before heading here to check it out. I'm still baffled!

SCAM - Another human garbage that try to scam you. This one had a story about identity theft or something like that. The same pathetic stories from the same pathetic subspecies.

SCAM / SPAM Tells me my ISP is going to be disconnected, and to press 1. Didnt fall for it.

Received 15+ calls from 2am - 5pm

I received an obscene financial telemarketing message from this number. If I could be bothered I would take official action.
