I looked up the phone number on google and I want to thank everyone for warning me that this a scam.Its awful because elderly people will believe it's a true phone call This scam should be stopped.

Woman called Lisa? said she was from BT Internet and there was a problem with my Internet and was I on the internet now Asked if she could give me a number I could ring her back on so I could verify it was BT. She then told me to shut the f*** up, and that I was a b**** and so I put phone down. Number tried ringing again later in the afternoon. I have blocked number.

Called pretending to be from BT broadband about an awful virus on my computer about to bring the whole BT network to a grinding halt. Wanted me to give him remote access to computer and hub. This number 01235380237 keep calling my parents insisting that my parents are their customer. This is all false. They start with a normal conversation and attempt to lull them into giving personal and sensitive information. They are polite and when you ask them to follow GDPR, their response is that my parents are their customer, implying it doesn't matter. Total nonsense and these guys are thieves, phishing for info, preying on the vulnerable. Please report them ASAP.

I got a recorded message that I was subject to a lawsuit and my house was under surveillance then asking me to call a London number that I didn't bother listening to.
SCAM Received SMS for it. Claimed to be Royal Mail asking for extra payment to send parcel. The strange thing is that I had just posted a Royal Mail parcel (the day before), which I never do, so it may be an inside job or hacker involved. Nearly fell for it, but I always check the internet address and it almost looked genuine. SCAM, BE CAREFUL.
