Phoned from call center, (I think they were the magazine sellers), they offered me 3 magazines for a good price & said I could pay over the phone. Fraud- claiming to be from sky, claiming technical issues and someone trying to access my broadband/modem, wanted me to give him access of my devices so he can show me what he means, I asked him to clarify that he wants me to give him access to my devices, he repeated that there was a technical issue and someone was trying to access my broadband/modem and that he can show me, so I asked him to answer my question to which he said yes, i also asked him to l me what name is on the account. He promptly hung up.

First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.

Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.
