Answered this random call to my mobile, automated message saying that a charge had been made against my name from the inland revenue. Ridiculous, I called back to challenge them. A foreign man answered saying HMRC can I help you? I asked why they called me, he asked if he could have my name. I said no. He said You had better get ready to be arrested, Ms ....... TAXES / HMRC Call received letting me know that my National Insurance number had been compromised. Claiming to be from National Crime Agency. I have had a number of these calls from 07932 430057, then 07932 430068. I'm sure if you press 1 to be connected to someone you will be paying a fortune for the call. Just block it. If HMRC or the NCA want to get hold of you they won't be doing it with a random mobile number!!

This number calls a LOT especially as I have asked twice to be removed from their database. Excel services wanting to service a dyson we do not have. Just had a call today, VERY rude girl. I told her we had already asked to be taken off the database, we don t have a dyson. She said that s why she s got us down as non-dyson. So they can make a note of that bit but not the fact that we re not interested?! I ended up hanging up, she was just so unpleasant.

Called every day now from a number beginning 0208 xxxxxx. This number 0208 275 4022 today. So many scam calls now I let every call go to the answerphone and just use the mobile, this is so persistent that I called back from mobile. There was no connection, tried the other niumbers beginning 0208 received in the last 7 days - BT recording saying numbers unrecognised, Have no idea if this is a scammer or genuine - but if its genuine they are doing a poor job as you cant call back.

Call centre: Eastern/Asian accent (UK English speakers don't call you "Ma'am"!) claiming to be from BT Openreach; no preamble about Data Protection or recording calls for security purposes. When I stated that we did not have an account with BT Openreach the line went dead.

I have had 2 calls in 2 days from this company regarding my washing machine warranty. They could not tell me how they knew what machine I had as I recently obtained this machine from my brother. No paperwork completed on transfer.
