Answered today offering information on switching, when I declined and asked for my number to be removed from their database they decided to argue with me about why I did not want to switch. Received a text claiming person had an accident. I responded as I recognised the name - turns out this was a lucky guess / coincidence. They then replied asking for a phone top up - Google says this is a scam.
