This is a call centre making calls to people asking whether they have premium bank accounts and if so suggesting they may be due a refund of charges

They have no legal basis to chase most debts but they lie and say they have. Best ignore them, say nothing and hang up.

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! this number called me today. Foreign voice, said i had unfortunately downloaded some viruses, and if i followed their instructions "we" could make it safe again. They were apparently from windows. after a few minutes i told him i knew exactly what they were up too, and i wasnt going to fall for it

Called me up saying they were from "Support Assist" and understood I had recently been in an accident. After it transpired that this was not the case, the charming man on the other end of the line said "you fucking idiot" and hung up. Tried to call them back to glean a little more information - an automated message tells you to email [email?protected] - which bounces back. I will track them down eventually.
