Call centre using Guardian subscribers phone information. Apart from the fact that I have been called twice in last hours I have no reason to be suspicious as I am an ex-Guardian reader and my details have been legitimately obtained.
They keep calling from several numbers so no matter if I block them they will call again from a different number the following day, they keep talking even if you ask them to cancel your number and never call again, they refuse to repeat the company name an

SCAM. Caller had male Indian voice, claimed to be Johnson from Microsoft, Reading. Claimed problem with our computer, that it had been hacked. He rang back 5 or 6 times in very quick succession and got very nasty - by far the nastiest, most aggressive and threatening such call I've had. The number given on dialling 1471 was obtained after the last call - it is possible that the earlier ones were not from that number. So certainly Annoying and probably Dangerous.
