This number called my phone a few times,but everytime it will just rang for around 10 sec then it cut off itself.. then when i call the number back,rang around 30sec also didnt pick up..

Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. Seems to be involved in various types of phishing scams, E-mails/Whatsapp/ chatrooms etc. May go by the name of Sam.

Almost certainly SPAM/SCAM as it called at the usual parasites'/pests' evening time, in this case 6.30pm. There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected. I then rang back the number (03300270201) and got the following recorded message (female voice, American accent): "The number you have dialled is no longer in service. I was called from this number by a man with an African accent. I asked to be removed from their database. Caller became aggressive and offensive and used obscene language. This number should be reported to authorities for legal action.
