An automated marketing call - really annoying!
"I d like to talk to you about your recent accident? Someone smashed into your car?" - cold-call, probably random dialled (we re ex-directory and have been for decades), ambulance chasers.
Had call from this number, ties in with a survey from Unison about their services, was prewarned by letter that they would be calling, survey was quick and staff very polite.
