This is UNICEF call and harasses me daily. The calls are to a UK mobile but since I live in France each call costs both me and UNICEF money - far in excess of my original text donation. Ambulance chasing company, apparently I have suffered an accident recently, I missed the call, so called them back, unfortunately I had no option to rudely hang up on them.
Automated voice saying it's regarding a transaction on my Amazon account, order for over 1k using the card that has been used recently. It was asking me to press 1 if it is me placing the order or 2 if it's not. Obviously I hang up. Clearly a scam.
Received a missed call from this number today (23.08.17). Tried calling back from a work phone and the line did not connect. So I assume it is a dodgy number and glad I did not return the call from my own phone.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century. Man claimed to be from Microsoft and knew my name. Asked if I had a computer. As I did not answer and just kept asking him how he got our number (we are registered with TPS) he said it was from publicly available sources! He then said as I was not cooperating he would cut me off straight away. Extremely concerning due to his bullying attitude and tendency to answer back rather than ending the call as most of them do.
