They start with a normal conversation and attempt to lull them into giving personal and sensitive information. They are polite and when you ask them to follow GDPR, their response is that my parents are their customer, implying it doesn't matter. Total nonsense and these guys are thieves, phishing for info, preying on the vulnerable. Please report them ASAP.
