Unsolicited call from someone trying to sell my company their insurance services

SCAM / SPAM Received an automated claiming to be from HMRC stating that there was a fraud case against me and I needed to press 1 otherwise I would be arrested shortly. I just hung up as it's obviosuly a scam.
Pre recorded Scam call relating to unexpected withdrawals from a bank account. No name or bank mentioned. Asked for me to press 1 to confirm. That's a giveaway (red flag) as is the lack of personal details. I put the phone down immediately.

The callers change the last digit or two and keep calling on different numbers. I block each number on turn.There is no message and no one says anything.

The person could hardly speak English and I have no idea what the call was about.
Apparently advertising in local hospital magazine. Using mature females rather than our asian colleagues (obvs to make the business they are calling more receptive) same tactics as always. push push push. I've asked for a copy of their magazine by email but still waiting. "when should we call back half an hour"? Rang my elderly hard of hearing mother who heard the word accident and just panicked. Rang me in an awful state. These frauds should be prosecuted for harassment.
Have called several times but I havent answered as I have been conned by overseas scammers before and suspect this is another one.

Caller asked me also to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Fealing un easy I said call me back in 5 mins after I could check him out. Found this thread immediately blocked the number on my Pro Call Blocker box i found on ebay for ?25.
