I said "if you tell me who is calling I will fetch her for you" and she hung up. One minute later I had another scam call from an Asian male on 001263078939 which I have also reported, as I suspect they are connected

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16233404xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with funeral plans, surveys, insurance marketing, accident claims, PPI.
