This number (01613028217) called me just after six o’clock apparently telling me that there was nobody available to answer my call ( which I have never made), but giving me another number which would be able to deal with my ( non-existing) enquiry. Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose.
