I believe an AI automated scam system, that responds to your response. I think you are talking to a computer generated voice, I hear "Hi this is John from the driveway company" or close on. Serious scam, I get repeated calls daily.
Please don t phone me ever again. If I wanted cheaper gas and electric myself I would investigate it myself. Cold calls effect me so much emotionally and mentally.

PPI Lead Gen (trading Name) based in Yorkshire. Someone needs to find out the limited company name so we can all sue them on moneyclaim.gov.uk for loss of work time. They do not honour the remove from list option when they call. If they dont stop calling people when they request not to I will make it my day job to find them and endure they pay dearly. Identified by O2 as belonging to a company overseeing similar companies (all located outside the UK) called Oxygen 8 with a phone number of 03333137900. This is an automated service where you can enter your mobile number to be unsubscribed, hopefully. This message is posted in response to a second occurrence despite taking the above action.

03330 302091 Received call 20.23 Wednesday 23/9/2020 to an EX Directory BT landline. Phone rang I picked it up & didn’t answer – they hung up. It appears that this number has been targeting Bournemouth, Manchester, London, Stirling and York. The No. hails from Northeast France and using Manchester as the UK hopping point.
