This is an iseal company offering scam fund recovery, they call during the day from 8am until 9pm at least 4 times a week. They are part of the scam adverts that facebook are running and they got my number from an advert as I bait scammers and expose them. This company are unaware that they have bought information from a scammer running ads on facebook but this company also want too much personal information considering they are hard to find on the internet.

Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!
