Call number from a different mobile using 141 prefix. When asked who they were they slammed the phone down
very aggressive, immediately asked for my personal details to confirm my identity - they rang me!!! says I agreed to this when I signed my contract. Tried to shout me down when I started questioning her. this is 21st century a genuine comms company should have more reliable and effective means of proving my identity.
