Fraud: Claiming to be the UK Refund Department, telling me my name and number have been listed as due a PPI refund of nearly £4,000. When I tried to stop her talking and explain that I am not entitled to PPI refund, having never had PPI, she continued to reel off her blurb. When she finally heard me, she stated that I did not need PPI to get the refund??? I asked for my name and number to be removed from the database. She continued the blurb. I repeated myself until she finally told me to F*** Off!!!

I filled an online form to get a free booklet on equity release from Key Retirement. This is the second call I've got from them - even though I made it quite clear in the first call that I don't want to discuss things on the phone.
Calls from this number profess to be a microsft service and support headquarters call because you have a problem with your PC which they will help you with. They get into your PC and then convince you that you need new protection and then sell you fake licence numbered AVG programme for AVG prices. Total scam - don t get drawn in like I did.
