Bunch of scammers. They claim to be different debt collection companies, from different numbers. Been going on for years. You pick up, the automated call kicks in, leaving a message for someone who doesn t exist. In my case, they are always asking for someone called Mr Paul Roberts. I understand a lot of others have the calls asking for the same person, so clearly not an error but a deliberate ploy to get people to respond to the message by pressing "No. 1" on the keypad, which I understand leads to a prem

Called me up saying they were from "Support Assist" and understood I had recently been in an accident. After it transpired that this was not the case, the charming man on the other end of the line said "you fucking idiot" and hung up. Tried to call them back to glean a little more information - an automated message tells you to email [email?protected] - which bounces back. I will track them down eventually.

Claiming to be from Amazon, suspicious activity on my account, and Amazon had sent me an email alerting me to this problem, which I hadn't got, he wanted access to my computer, he couldn't make up his mind if it was a Smart Phone that was trying to be ordered, or general household goods. Had a few calls today from this number, the last one just now at almost 11.30 at night. Can t say what I would do to them given a chance. That s not just a nuisance (non) call, how dare they ring so late at night? Something really needs to be done. We are on the telephone preference list, and that seems to no longer make any difference. These disgusting excuses for humans should be prosecuted and locked up forever.

I have been called on numerous occasions throughout the day from the number originating from Doncaster. I have no connection with Doncaster personally or work related. I have checked all policies held and none correspond. Probably easier to answer the call to confirm but this has the feel of a scam/cold call.

I've had a text on my mobile, purporting to be from Iceland (Frozen food shop) saying that my 'order' is being delivered between 11am and 1pm. but that they've had to make changes, and I should check my emails to see details. Obviously, there is NOTHING in my emails. I have NOT made an order. I do not shop online. Minutes later, I received another text from them, with a different delivery time, and this time, a phone number. I'm not calling the number. I've never had any scams on my mobile before.
