I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.

Caller claimed to be from o2 - didnt believe them and refused to give any information so they hung up. Offering a free upgrade!!!! - Not due an upgrade for 6mths or more

SCAM gave a false name etc reported to fraud online they say amazon and others like covid and sending money abroad as soon as i said i will get my daighter who is a police officer they soon put the phone down

Fraud Had 5 (that I know of) calls in last 3 days re supposed overpayment of £119 on washing machine warranty. They aren't giving up.

I have listed this as scam SCAM but I do answer unknown out of the blue calls. I believe that if the caller dosen't bother to leave a message, it can't be serious and is probably up to no good. As soon as the caller got the answerphone message they immediately killed the call.

SCAM called wanted to talk about my Virgin Media broadband which was about to be disconnected. When I told him that I don’t have service from Virgin Media and suspected a scam call he got abusive.

I called the number someone called Tom answered and then hung up. I was then diverted to another number 01259 333 035 in Alloa, Scotland. This 2nd number had called me yesterday too. It seems suspicious.

TAXES / HMRC Recorded voice claiming to be from HRMC and threatening to take action against you.

Pretending to be the bank requiring your details to stop funds being removed.

Fraud Text from this number claiming to be from Evri and that they had failed to deliver a parcel this morning because "since nobody was home". Hmmm since my car was on the drive and the hall light was on and my wife and I were both here I would dispute that claim!!! SCAM Someone called “David” called trying to sell me a mobile phone contract. iPhone 13 pro max, 24 months with unlimited data, minutes and texts. For £40 a month. When enquired, came up with nonsense which made no sense. Asked for network provider, my name, and starting asking family names. Of course gave fake names and realised I knew they were scammers. Cold call selling property maintenance. Accent didn't match STD Code, always a clue, if you know what I mean.

Fraud. This text claimed to be NHS and said I had been in contact with someone diagnosed with Omicron, and attempted to get me to order a test kit. I checked my NHS App, which did not indicate any such problem.t

SCAM - automated message purporting to be from visa

Think it's a scam. Claimed to be from my bank reporting suspicious activity. It's called twice in the last few days.

Unable to answer the original call a voice message was left to call this number back. The voice message did not state the company involved but required an anti-fraud check. This was a 'genuine' number, but the questions were probing and having given my contact number after questions to verify myself I was asked for the last 4 digits of that contact number already given, there were too many disconnected questions that could be joined up for other fraud. I terminated the call. Supposedly Barclaycard.

This is the number of a "big logistic company" that send in 2023 a email to offer a great job. CEST logistics, do you know them? I don't neither Google... Cheaters!
