Asked by an Asian sounding man if I had an accident in my car recently and was injured. Told him no and politely hung up.

Called me and hung up immediately the ansaphone cut in. Tried calling them back but got a message that the number dialled had not been recognised. I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Asked who they were, as didn t recognise number said if they were cold calling I wasn t interested. Then attitude became aggressive as I "needed" to listen to them. I asked for my number to be removed from database and not to call me again. They were still going on when I hung up. Now added to blocked list

Caller said they wanted to ask how I was getting on with new mobile - odd as I have had this one for nearly 18 months! I asked where they had got my number from - they kept repeating they obtained data from market research - I said that was not enough & asked to speak to their supervisor - they put phone down.

I have had a few calls from this number in the last few days. Not yet been able to get to my phone quick enough to answer it.I have just gone over from orange to EE as I was due an upgrade. Several calls which if answered ring off a r/b states mailboxes are full and no account handlers available to respond meaning call cannot be actioned after which call disconnects.
