Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Fraud and Bitcoin scam. They present very nice case that you are owed money back from the Market Cube and trick you into paying money into Binance.com account under your name. Then they transfer money to another bitcoin account that they say is yours and actually has nothing to do with you. They convince transfers need to be done to confirm your identity and so that they can pay you money back without suspicion of money laundering. Absolute scam.

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. SCAM I'm a Spanish resident living in Spain. I got several calls from this and another related number. A woman with Asian accent speaking not very good English claiming to be calling from Microsoft (first in California, then in the UK) told me there was a security issue in my computer and I needed to turn it on to follow her instructions. She passed the phone to a native English speaker when I said I couldn't understand. None of them sounded very professional at all and, in fact, the man insulted me.
