I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm. "Utility Care Club" claiming our subscription had been reduced. We aren't members. Sounded dodgy. Looked it up. It appears to be a real company (incorporated 2019). If it the real company, it ignored TPS, and told a falsehood on the phone. Umbrella company for servicing. Would not join one of these in any case. Definitely Spam.
