I was contacted by this number. A recorded message saying that £300 had been taken from my card for £300 to Amazon and also £1100 to another supplier I do not deal with. As usual with these calls I was asked to press different number. I immediately hung up and checked my accounts. to find nothing had been taken.

Have done my research and investigated and found out it's something to do with a Crypto currency scam!!! I have never got involved in crypto currency and unsure how they had access to my number. Call talking about a refund on my phone bill. Asked what company was involved and told it was BT. Apparently due a refund of £200! Told them not with that company. SCAM

A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.

Claimed to be from Curry's PC world but that may have been a lie. Was trying to sell cut-price iPhones (more likely to be a scam than genuine)

Call alleging to be from Amazon querying £799 charge to my account which was probably fictitious- request to press 1 - did not do so and rang off. Probably a scam.
