"I thought this was a nuisance call trying to get me to call a premium number but it turns out my daughter had nominated me as a keyholder and when her alarm went off ADT tried her, then the first nominated keyholder and then me. The problem was that either my daughter hadn t told me I was on ADT s list or I had forgotten. Anyway, the main point is this is a genuine ADT number."
