They said it was sky and said they were replacing my mums sky card. They also said that as a pensioner she was offered 25% discount. They knew her personal details which worries me. I do know this is not a sky number as listed on their website.

Had no calls but a text from the number saying that are trying to contact me regarding my pension and how it is performing in the current economy. No company name provided.

This is one of those computer scammers. Want access to your computer etc. I googled the number and plenty have reported it as above. Block. Don t pick up or they know you are a legit number.

I got a call from a lady what sounded like an Australian accent, asking about a PPI claim with my bank. She was unable to identify any further information about me, other than the fact I am owed a refund back from my bank. Which she could not identify which bank owes me this money. I been contacted many times in the past few years by these scammers on very similar 0161 939 numbers. Solicitation phone call - couldn't make out company name, but came across quite spammy / scammy.

It seems the criminals, who obtained personal information as a result of leaked information from Talk Talk, are telling people their broadband service is likely to be closed down after 24 hours. It is rubbish. I did not answer the call, and got my information from other sites.

Westcott (01482 484606) has called my number a few times (same automated message as above), enquiring about someone who doesn't live at the address. According to the intern...
