Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? Called and like others, reported to be from Microsoft, said that they had the serial number of windows that was reporting that my computer was being hacked as we spoke by a criminal gang (how ironic!) and that they were from an agency who needed to stop the gang by stemming the flow through my PC.....Said we know an IT expert who we would ask to take a look ourselves, he (called himself Peter Wilson) said that an expert would not be able to find it. Became agitated and said I needed to call him back on 0042
