22 Nov 2021 - Called claiming they were from Carphone Warehouse. Asked to speak to their manager and they said they were busy in a meeting and would remove me from their database. Definitely spam avoid at all costs. Reply

They have no legal basis to chase most debts but they lie and say they have. Best ignore them, say nothing and hang up.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. I just received a call off this number I am on a pre payment deal of just over £60 a fortnight, payment was due today and I always pay online.... But for some reason this Indian guy was trying to put pressure on me to pay over the phone with card details saying I would occur extra charges, he was very intimidating and refused to give his name till I asked about 8 times then I couldn t understand what he was saying.... this company rang me 35 times on saturday! i had to turn my ringer off. i ve asked them to stop calling. doesn t make a difference.

I rang back and the company refused to accept my call on the basis that I withheld my number - obviously whoever it is has something to hide.

this number called me today. Foreign voice, said i had unfortunately downloaded some viruses, and if i followed their instructions "we" could make it safe again. They were apparently from windows. after a few minutes i told him i knew exactly what they were up too, and i wasnt going to fall for it
