I called back. I was on hold to speak with an agent. Another spam caller I presume.

Received a call from this number. The man said he was calling from Sky regarding an unpaid bill. The thing was, said bill had been paid over a week ago, which I told him. He then apologized and ended the call. So I guess it s a legitimate. He didn t ask for any personal information and asked for me by name.

Keep getting calls from this number 02079460253 and then it hangs up it really annoying all day.

PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. Usual PPI / car accident / similar sort of claim cold call. Blocked number. These people must be utterly shameless. I couldn t sit at a desk with a headset on being told to get lost (or worse) 100 s of times a day. Still, it s a job I suppose but I d rather be unemployed than lower myself to this sort of thing!

I believe it is someone who called the wrong number. I got a caller on my mobile. I have my number for more than 10 years. I think she misdialled from her phone. She asked for Gemma. I just said there is no Gemma and she got the wrong number. I can't say if this is a trick or not.

Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. I intend to take legal action against Opus & NPower for the distress that their continued harassment has caused me for more than a year.

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. They are working with or on behalf of O2. They are trying to get people who have just applied for a pay and go sim to upgrade to a contract sim. It s a bloody pain in the backside the amount of times they call. You would think that after ringing someone 2 or 3 times without the phone being answered they would give up but No. I answer and make them wait on the line lol
