A robotic call which was so unclear I couldn’t understand a word. Hung up and blocked
A scam fraudulently claiming to be from Amazon Prime. Spoofing a local number so you pick up. Also used 01263734168 today as had 2 attempts.

Called stating they were from 3mobile and I got rewarded a discount for my sim plan on random number selection. Figured it was a scam as my details would be with the number when I said they should send me an email so I hung up.
To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.

Got a call from 07477139663 claiming to be HMRC and stated that a letter from them was not delivered and I will be persecuted unless I press 1 to speak to an agent... I am not convinced this is how HMRC operates so I hung up. Second time this has happened within the last week

I answered it, It's carfinance 247 courtesy call after asking for a quote. If you have registered an account with them, then thats why they are calling you.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. Got a call from 01483 928059 today at 4pm some marketing SCAM. If you get a call from this number just hang up SCAM!
They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!
