SCAM - "John" from "BT" called to help me sort out the issues with our router............he also called me from 01617983874 earlier in the day. When I asked him for a number that I could call him back on he tried to put me through to his supervisor and the phone went dead.
The usual"please hold for an important message, if you have been in an accident" the same old rubbish.

03726945413 Claiming to be from SKY asking if We’d shared our router information with anyone else (as we use NOW TV which is part of SKY I listened) and then they asked me how many lights were flashing on my router ( there was one light flashing and this made me suspicious so I hung up). this number rings us daily, every time you answer theres silence then a loud "BEEAAARR" sound and the line goes dead. we are in dorking and 01306 is our local code, presume some spammer/scammer/marketer spoofing the number, or calling from a VOIP number, hoping we d be more likely to answer a local code call.
