Fraud The claimed to be from my home appliance cover. They tried to get my bank details (even though we are on direct debit so the real provider would already have it). When challenged they called back several times getting more condescending each time. We then phoned our actual cover provider and they confirmed it was a scam call. DANGEROUS.
SCAM. 'An attempt has been made twice this morning to use your card one for £3oo in UK and for over £1000 overseas. As these are not your usual habits, to authorise them press 1.

SPAM this and 11 other land line numbers from this area have called my mobile over the last 2 months. Many have called multiple times, I've lost count. Fed up with them. Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. Spam directory calls that hang up after 1 ring so you call them back
I answered, they said nothing for about 20 seconds then hung up.
Another scammer using a local code for their scams.
Clearly a SCAMMER who hung up as soon as I answered with "Hello, who are you?" Now BLOCKED. Seems like a small place, [perhaps the ScotPlods would care to check it out.

Indian male called Alex purporting to be from BT telling me I had a problem with my internet and they were getting urgent error signals. I knew it was a hoax call, had them before, so asked him twice what the signals were and he put the phone down. I googled the number that came up, 01438 318251 and its for a homeless shelter in Stevenage. Indian scammers using business numbers for those that really need help! Sick b$%^A$%s!

Apparently Currys PC world with the latest mobile phone deals, sounds like a scam to me, I hung up and blocked it.
Was called by this number which was automated. Informing me that my Amazon Prime was being renewed and that money would be taken from my bank account and to press 1 to speak to the Service Manger. Assess this as a Scam as I do not have Amazon prime.

Romance Scammer. Masquerades as living in Edinburgh and working in a clothing shop. It is the person in the photo, but they are not in the UK. If you do not believe me, ask them during a video call to show the weather outside and watch em try to avoid it Wasn't stupid enough to fall for it so unsure of the end game but likely some form of sextortion scam as they were hoping to move the conversation to Telegram and such scams are common there Stay safe :)
