Very poor line. A caller with a strong Indian accent claimed to be calling from BT claiming that somebody had been using my internet connection without my permission. I have had various calls of this nature from other numbers recently, one of them asking for remote access to my computer. They hung up when I told them that I had recently checked the hub admin screen and had seen no evidence of misuse.

I get harassment calls everyday from this number, i even told them they have the wrong number but they still ring me. I have had enough of these types of people harassing people. Sounded like a call centre. They hung up when answer phone kicked in. Anyone who knows me will leave a message so probably another dodgy cold call/scammer.

Owen called from 0113 823 1763 claiming to be from Nationwide Fire Safety and said we had a quote for fire extinguishers from them last year - but had a 8year+ old address and we had never spoken to them before. Scam.
