SCAM - Pre-recorded message phishing attempt talking about compromised NI number

This number rings me on evenings and Saturdays and when I answer they just hang up. The second time this happened I rang the number back and it said you were called by pension booster, we will call you back again . I googled the company and e-mailed them to stop contacting me. They did for about 2 weeks and now they are bombarding me.

Is this a sales call?

Called and asked to speak to the owner who moved two years ago. Then asked to speak to the new owner, demanded to know why when I refused ... typical scam caller.

Has called 3 times this month (March 2014). Nobody speaks when answered.

When asked the caller couldn t tell me the address of the company although eventually said it was Erskine House in Clydebank but she didn t know the street etc. I did ask how she found her way to work but the answer was that she walked! Apparently there was "funding available" and when asked who funded it she said "scrappage windows".

At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. Have received 2 phone calls within the past hour from 018457826044 -fortunately I am able to not answer as I have a display number phone. Most certain it is a nuisance caller.

they have been calling for several months saying we have a problem with our computer and it will crash if we don t talk to the technician to talk us through making changes to our computer and adding windows 35!! We have a new computer

Claims to be someone re my computer and Microsoft.

Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.

Just ditto the above message really-I also rang back and got the same automated message-held for a while to listen to the music then hung up.
