SCAM: Caller explained someone in Reading had created a fake Amazon account my name, & wanting to buy an iphone 12 which would cost me £700. They didn't think I had ordered it and so wanted to know if I was accepting the order or not. I said I was not giving anything out over the phone wother than I hadn't ordered the phone. He started giving instruction for me to access my laptop. He swore at me when I said I wasn't going to help and he hung up
3 missed calls when i did answer and asked to be removed he just out the phone down on me! Who knows the business would love to make a formal complaint.

The individual announced themselves as Alpine Group but having recently received a call from another similar number last week, I told the female caller to STOP THERE! then hung up. AVOID!!! 020 357570311 has called at approximately the same time each day for the past few days (August 2014). I have to have the answerphone on to filter my land line calls due to scam calls. When I called back it was answered by an American voicemail saying "The number you have dialled is not in service".
