Don't ring them back, they employ a number of scam number ringers. they usually ring a few rings then put the phone down- if you call them back they save on telephone fees....

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.
