It's a company called First Contact by Utilita. I was called on my mobile and they hung up. A return call revealed they were a call centre and I have now blocked the number.

Scouse lad calling from a motor accident claim company, asking if I d been in an accident recently. Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Bloke was very friendly and implied he was from BT and TPS. said there had been a large number of unsolicited calls in the area and offered a service to stop them. Hung up when I pressed him about price and told him I wouldn t pay. Scarily convincing to vulnerable people!

This number called me today, it’s a recorded message about some medical device costing £400, if you stay on the line, they put you through to a ‘colleague’ who will then collect...
The person told me they were from sky and it was regarding my internet connection . I told them I would not give out my passwords or be clicking on any links in my computer as too many scammers claiming to be from this company and said if I need to talk to sky I will phone them myself. Then I hung up.
