I received a text message (on my mobile) apparently from TalkTalk confirming the date for an engineers visit. As I hadn't booked a call, I rang from a withheld number to cancel the booking. I was kept hanging on the phone by the operator who told me my account had been locked by the previous operator and she couldn't access the details. Keep getting phone calls from this number who are saying they are contacting me on behalf of EE because I am due an upgrade. I explained I didn't want an upgrade and to please remove me from the call list but still getting phone calls. They also wanted me to confirm all my details but I wouldn't as they couldn't confirm that they were actually acting on behalf of EE.

I’ve never had such blissfull peace since getting one a couple of years ago. EVERY HOME SHOULD THEM AS STANDARD!
