Indian lady calling on a very muffled line saying she is from Curry’s and wants to offer me a new phone. After messing with her, she hung up.
Sales call most likely. Obviously a call centre caller. reading from a scriopt. Told me about package put together for solar panels in my area but couldn't tell me what area I was in, just kept repeating that I should raise any issues with call back representative. I put the phone down.

Getting cute If you do a reverse check on this number via Google it produces a blocking page saying you are not allowed to look it up Go a little deeper and it says this number does not exist Seriously concerned by the level this number is going to to hide itself Cant be good
Fraud A voice with an American accent told me they were from HRMC and I was "wanted" for fraud. They wanted me to call them...presumably to "help" me with this. I hung up as this is clearly not how the HMRC behaves and people are not "wanted" in this way in the UK.

This is a genuine NHS number. They use it to call patients to cancel/alter appointments mostly. They cannot leave messages on answerphones because of confidentiality issues.

There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background.
