Only wanted to speak to owner of business. When asked about his company he gave the company name. When I asked what they did he spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "we finance Companies". When I said we were ok thanks he sneered as me and said "yeh right", so I said goodbye and hung up. Whatever they are trying to sell they will get no customers with that attitude. Do not answer unless you want to be spoken down to.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. Calls every day around 8am - luckily I have my phone on mute at this time. Message left says they?re calling from Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds/Halifax/BoS/MBNA/Sainsbury?s Bank etc.). I?ve never banked with any of these outfits so best guess is scam.

Apparently I have won several thousand dollars in a US draw without buying a ticket. I was given a reference number but it sounds very much like a scam.

They have aquired your mobile number via an old loan application. They say that they have loan application when infact they only have your name and number. if you pay them a fee and then they promise to call you in 48 hours, you will never hear from them again and may block your number - ho and empty your bank account. DO NOT GIVE THEM BANKING DETAILS ESPECIALLY DEBIT CARD DETAILS. INDIAN SCAM, LETS HOPE THEY GET A LARGER EARTH QUAKE IN FUTURE.

I ve just had a call from this number. They said that as I had been involved in a road accident my case had been referred to them. As I had a car accident in the last week my insurance company had referred me to an injury claim solicitor (one who does a lot of advertising on TV) so I thought this was them until I was passed to a supervisor who then proceeded to say "I understand you have been involved in an accident in the last two years".
