Had a text from this number at 2:30 am saying I was subscribed to WopWappy. My ee account has been billed £9 in total for two texts from this number so I asked ee to block third party charges on my account but I wont be getting my 9 quid back as I have to contact the company who billed me for that WopWappy. Maria Wilson from BT Openreach, telling me my IP address has changed from private to public. Very insistent that I was in high danger. Told me she was calling from Hammersmith, London - on a Cardiff number?? Obviously a scam, knew that from the word go but kept stringing her along for 10 mins before I put the phone down on her.

This number should belong to the First Target Recoveries (check more on http://www.firsttargetrecoveries.co.uk/) - a debt / loan company. They use this number as a green line - free-of-charge line for customers.

SCAM 01392433831 called me today approximately 11pm on my landline - I don't say anything when i answer and wait for the caller to speak first - but when I took the call it had a very noisy background like a call centre, but no discernible conversations then the caller hung up. This is a typical nuisance call - usually from overseas with heavily accented BT/O2/Vodafone/EE 'Technician' wanting to access my accounts etc. They always hangup if i don't say anything first.
