Called the number back and a lady with a northern accent answered and insisted she had not called me. She advised that she couldn't have called me as she had been in the Doctors getting her Covid vaccine. This is the 4th time I have received a call from a number beginning 07904 632 XXX to find someone on the other end who has no idea they have called and insist they haven't. These are EE numbers so I am wondering if there is an issue with EE.

This is my old phone number, I had it for like 8 years, I can't remember my new phone number, I can only remember this one, I've tried everything to get over this, I can't, in the morning and at night I think of this number. My new phone number means nothing to me, I don't respect it as it doesn't want to be remembered by me, it's been two years now. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432635xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user.
