This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... SCAM pretend to be B.T, saying noticed your Internet been fluctuating. Asks last time speed test was done and if you have access to laptop/computer, and will go through with you to fix Internet speed. They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. Please be careful of these calls. Never ask for you by name
