This call is shown on my phone bill at a cost of £2.63 I do not recognise the number and would like to know who I apparently called. Can anyone help?

Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.

I ve had that many calls from this number recently it s getting me down. The callers are MKRR a debt collection company but they have no legal right to be ringing and pestering the public. I am wary of answering my phone to any unknown numbers and thank god for caller display! They keep mithering by post as well but I ve been advised to ignore them.

Telemarketing company acting on behalf of the RCNi (subsidiary of the Royal College of Nursing) - selling their products to customers. I had a call from this number the well spoken call handler had my name, email address, home address and membership number. Trying to sell me a product and asked for me my bank account number and sort code. Answered phone but didn t speak as I didn t recognise the number - nothing happened for approx 20 seconds and then it started ringing as if I had called them so hung up. Guessing this is a nuisance call/company as no one actually talks!
