Scam trying to get bank details

Bank Scam. Hang-up.

They rang saying it was the Inland Revenue and that I had ignored letters and owed money and to press 1 to speak to their operative which I did not do. I blocked the number. I am a pensioner with heart problems so not impressed. It was a recorded message which sounded robotic - hope this helps and hope you can take it down. I've reported it to Inland Revenue via their on line form.

SCAM......typical automated call telling me there were 2 suspect transactions pending on my card of £300 & £1100.......and to press 1 if not me.....yeah as if!!!! Called my Bank instead as the Tel No originated in Oslo and I know my bank is based in U.K.

Extremely foreign individual - fairly incomprehensible!! Apparently advising refund due from BT, although quoting call as being from Sky. Asking for bank account to which the refund should be made.

Lloyd bank saying I had strange transaction from. My account this was the second call I had about transactions from my account but a different phone number today

SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. 01934289545 called today and just said "hello" over and over, checked online and found a few other comments on this number saying 01934289545 called and hung up on them, possiblr scammer probing numbers to which ones answers. Blocked and reported
