Upon answering a call on the land line around 18:30 this evening, the caller hung up so out of curiosity I dialled 1471 (UK), the call back service and I pressed 3 on my phone to be put directly through to the missed call number. I didn t catch the receivers company name but heard a American or maybe Canadian Man s accent and instructions for extension required. Asian telephoned my aging mother in law nearly every week about some sort of consumer survey. Would not identify himself or his company, admitted to calling from S.E.Asia. Would not get off line, did not understand the concept of F*** Off and kept talking until I put the phone down. A complete nuisance and very disturbing for my disabled aged mother in law.

Sent text and called to say I had monies waiting from an insurance claim and required bank details to process the payment. Consider as scammers!!

I received a call from this number this afternoon but no voicemail was left so I didn t know who called. I later received a call from 01702454081, which seemed a coincidence. This was from Insure and Go. They were following up an online quote for travel insurance so it was really not entirely a cold call .
