Called me today, knew my name. Started telling me that I was in debt and that they have a scheme blah blah blah, rambled on for ages and the finally asked if it was something I was interested in. According to map location both calls originated from the same place, a few miles South East of Great Mitton. Number originates from O2 system.

Safe number - This is legitimately HMRC - It's the PAYE Investigations unit investigating bsuinesses are paying correct minimum wage rates.
Still would like a name for this number, I don't care who says its safe. Unless I get a name and/address for this number, I will assume it's unsafe.

One advisor at my airtime provider told me it may be a number which charges a lot to call it. or even to answer it. This cannot to me as I have a capped charge at zero.
